When we work together, I prioritize building intentional, honest, and trusting relationships at the core of everything we do.

Trust and collaboration are essential elements for building a unified movement to create real, transformative change. As the principal of the Good Work Group, I am dedicated to fostering open and safe spaces for all people. Every day, I strive to maintain a stance of genuine curiosity, kindness, and inquisitiveness in my practice.

Now, more than ever, it is imperative we cultivate these vital relationships, enabling us to collaborate in challenging prevailing narratives and nurturing a grassroots movement that supports and celebrates individuals of all backgrounds—Black, brown, Indigenous, AAPI, white, dis/abled, and LGBTQI+.
